Over a 90 minute period the renowned McIntosh & Bowman cheese experience is enhanced by the exceptional knowledge and distinguished palate of Chocolatiers; Alex and Fanny Chan and Champagne Expert Alexx Stuart whose extensive travels through the Champagne region and study of sparkling wine production, aging, corking, cellaring, the unique characteristics and significance of the Champagne terroir and historical aspects of Champagne, provide a profound reflection of the worlds most celebrated drink.
Whether you are lacking experience in these French delicacies or accustomed to them, this course caters for all levels of appreciation.
